Grandview Corners is a 75 acre commercial centre located in South Surrey adjacent to Hwy 99 at the intersection of 24^th Ave. and 160^th St. This predominantly retail development constists of four distinct sectors organized around a central intersection and will be phased to suit market demand.

The North-East component comprising 165,000 sf on a 14 acre site will be the "Village Centre" of the entire development based on a "life-style open air" retail concept. The scale, materials, detailing landscaping and overall "feel" of the buildings will be orientated to the pedestrian.
