Located at 99 Chapel Street, in the heart of Nanaimo's historical Downtown core, this four storey mixed-use building for Tiger i Developments comprises 70 residential Studio suites with 10 - two level "storefront" units at grade.

This project's 'modernist inspired' theme incorporates industrial design elements and materials such as metal detailing, glass and metal canopies, corrugated metal cladding, stone, cementitious siding, etc.

Many of the suites overlook Nanaimo's picturesque harbour. The "U"-shaped plan configuration provides views of a landscaped courtyard for the remaining residences.

The development's strategic location intensifies the land use of Nanaimo's Downtown providing much needed life to this already vibrant area.

Construction will begin Summer 2007.
