Chandler Associates Architecture Inc. is a major architectural practice providing comprehensive architectural, planning and interior design services primarily for private developers on a wide range of retail, office and multi-residential developments throughout Western Canada.
Completed projects have involved rezoning and have included larger mixed-use and phased developments. Projects have comprised new buildings and retrofits of older structures, incorporating the most current innovations and high-tech developments.

Our Philosophy
The foundation of Chandler Associates is a belief that the core group of senior people be intimately involved in all of the firm’s projects. Thus clients are assured of at least one Associate personally responsible for their project and the concomitant creative and expert perspective that person can contribute.
The value of this ideal, and the depth of experience and range of expertise that accompanies it can be affirmed by the many occupants of the firm’s numerous successful retail and mixed use developments, medical facilities, industrial buildings and private residences.

Key personnel are involved in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program, which teaches and practices ‘green’ building techniques.
This is well suited to the firm, which practices creativity through practicality. This approach creates energy efficient buildings with cost-effective operational functions.
